Why are builders foolin people by saying that lodha aqua(mira road) and orchid ozone mall are part of dahisar?

everyone staying in mira road and dahisar knows that thakur mall and projects like lodha aqua and orchid ozone are part of mira road as the postal address is 401107 mira goan, mira road...only globus shop seems to be honest beacause they have given address of mira road on their website...but other all builders and retailers are fooling people by saying address is 400068 which is cheating...why are they claiming wrong address...? the water supply, pin code, and goverment evrything belongs to mira-bhyander mc...pls some1 tell me is this corruption or what else is this?

Yes Sir this is my favourite question and I have my favourite answer too.

Now, Thakur Mall, Orchid Ozone Mall and Lodha Aqua Project all are in Mira Road and not in Dahisar. Builders and developers are cheating the flat buyers and mall goers by publicising as Dahisar. For example if anyone buys a flat in Lodha Aqua project they will have to register their flats in Thane as it falls in Mira Road (Dist. Thane) and also would have to pay their water bills / taxes to Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation. I have already found out from reliable sources that all these malls and residential projects are served by Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation only. Also you would find by actually visiting the location that Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation is constructing an "Entrance Gate at Dahisar Check Naka" at a proper location which will prove that all these projects are in Mira Road. Let this work get completed and the whole universe will know that the builders are cheating people. The builders must understand that they cannot fool people by publicising such false advertisements. If its in Mira Road, say it to be proudly in Mira Road. After all Mira Road is one of the fastest developing suburb in MMRDA region (you can confirm this by visiting their website also). MMRDA had assumed that Navi Mumbai would develop at a rigorous pace during 1995-2000 but the fact was that Mira-Bhayander developed at a double pace than Navi Mumbai during the same period. Thus BUILDERS DON'T FOOL PEOPLE BUT BE PROUD THAT YOUR PROJECT IS IN MIRA ROAD WHICH IS FAST BECOMING THE KEY LOCATION JUST OUTSIDE MUMBAI.

One more example, consider the location of TIP TOP PLAZA in Thane which is just touching Mulund Check Naka on LBS Marg. Does the builder or developer say that the Tip Top plaza is in Mulund? No. Also consider R Mall which is in Mulund but is also very close to Mulund Check Naka. Does the developer say that this was in Thane. The same analogy is true for DAHISAR and MIRA ROAD areas also.
