I want to get a tattoo of an orchid to represent strength and beauty but I wanted to incorporate something else into it to represent peace or balance. Any ideas would be great! Thanks!

i just think about 2 koi fish (symbolized of strength) with 2 different color (red-blue, black-white....symbolized fire-water or Yin-Yang element) in circular shape / position.....with an orchid in the middle...did you get the idea???

Reply:body of water that is still like a mirror.. could have the orchid behind it [somehow] and the reflection in the water, but you would need something to show that its water not a mirror on its side..

Reply:A stylised dove is very easily recognised as peace. Laurel branches are an offering of peace. Yin and Yang for balance. The infinte symbol (think 8 on its side) is good for balance and eternity.
