I've never heard of this breed, could you mean a Peruvian Inca Orchid? Thay come in hairless and puff, and are a rare breed. If this is the breed you are looking for there is a breeder in TX, she has a web site but I don't know the address. Google should bring it up.

get a dog from the shelter and quit supporting breeders who are just contributing to the overpopulation of animals. 4 million dogs are homeless in shelters in the us right now.
