If it just bloomed do not cut back the stalk. Many varieties will rebloom on the same stalk. Make sure there is enough temperature difference from day to night. It needs to be 10 to 15 degrees difference. They need to be dry for a period of several weeks in the winter. This is a rationing of water not a complete drought. Then when you start watering more often in the spring they will bloom. Fertilize only with an orchid fertilizer. That way you will not be applying too much nitrogen. There are more details but these are some of the most important.
Any suggestions on how to get my orchid to bloom again?

Reply:It will rebloom when new growth has matured. Phals can sometimes be induced to produce bloom from an older green stem.
