Ok. It's a travelling agent belong to Thomas Cook that has stopped operating; so far as I know. You can try and search it yourself or look in the link below. The milage points from the Thai Airways Internaional programme usually are called "Royal Orchird Plus", or at least the programme I'm having is called that.
What does Orchid-traveling mean?
I think its a membership card you get with thai airways that records how many miles you travel to thailand and they then award you with points. With enough points you can get a gold membership, and you can visit the orchid gold lounge.
I'm not sure if thats what you mean though.
