Flower and bud drop is normal when environment changes.

You don't want to water it every day !

You are saturating the roots - that will damage and eventually kill the plant.

See source for information on growing phals in the home.
Reply:Maybe you're over-watering? Orchids are air plants; in their natural environment they grow on trees, way up high in the canopy. They're used to having moist but mostly dry roots with lots of air circulation - that's why they're planted in special planting mix. They like indirect watering - spritzing them with water every day, they need indirect sunlight. They love humidity so you can place it on a tray with a layer of gravel and keep the gravel watered, but keep in mind the roots should not be soaking in water.
Reply:I think you are over-watering.

First, please check to see if there is a drainage hole in the container. If there is no hole, you would be definitely "drowning" the plant if you add water everyday. At this point, the only cure would be move the plant into a new container with a drainage hole.

Even if there is a drainage hole, depending the amount of water you are adding, you could be over-watering. The soil should be just moist, not soggy. Add only a little bit so that the soil would stay moist. Also when you water, avoid cold water. This plant doesn't like cold water (less than 60F).

Avoid direct sun.
