Just wait untill some shoots come out on the base of the plant and then wait for some roots to grow on it,then cut it off and plant in another pot.I use this method if i want to reproduce my orchid.It's simple,right?This method is used only for Vanda orchids, if you're refering to other species of orchid,add it in your question.
