Simply cut away the "dead" looking stems. Many times if you cut off just the dry parts, it will branch out again. Put now into a sunnier but protected location. Water only when dry, and then submerge, let drip, and then return to its place. Orchid fertilizer can be added to this water, most easily done in a larger pot than the orchid. The water can then be used on other plants. No need to water the leaves except to dust them.
Bye now, :)
